Set in the gorgeous Unley/Parkside area, this Raj On Taj has been around for over 20 years!  This is the first Raj on Taj in Adelaide. Back in 1998, Vijay and Radhika Singh opened the doors, now you’ll spot their son Mahesh — or ‘Max’, as he’s better known — running the show. Born to Indian Singaporean parents, Vijay and Radhika brought their love of food and flavour all the way to Adelaide. The bold, aromatic dishes we serve today are a tribute to their journey — and their legacy.
